GRAND APARTMENTS

Some sites are particularly challenging. Here, the utility tie-ins are downhill and some distance from the site. Two crews working on-site, right next to existing housing is always a challenge. Multiple pieces of equipment working safely in concert require experienced operators. We built extensive walls on this steep site to provide the base for a place for families to call home. Sometimes our people are down deep in the trench, relying on the best shoring, safety, and operators to do the digging that is necessary.
