5th Plain Station and Kestrel Apartments are part of a private development that has turned out to be a great partnership. Our equipment, GPS grading capabilities and putting key people in the right place means the owner will get building sooner.

We are always proud to build projects within our community. We love when our sites will become homes in our community. This 22 acre subdivision will become home to 394 families locally, through a combination of 216 single family home sites and 178 apartment units. Bringing this project to life during the winter months, while navigating boulders and ground water meant those families get to call 5th Plain Creek Station home sooner!
